Tournaments
2024-25 GREATER VERNON TOURNAMENTS
Teams registering for our tournaments that require hotel accommodation MUST book their hotel
stay through our EventConnect APP when they register for the tournament. Our Tournaments are
STAY and PLAY. Exceptions will be accepted for teams attending that reside between West Kelowna and
Salmon Arm, where hotel stays might not be required.

Teams from outside of Canada are subject to an additional $150 CDN fee for tournaments. All tournament fees are payable by credit card in CDN dollars. Canadian teams from outside of BC are subject to an additional $50 CDN fee.
Withdrawal from any tournament will result in a $100 admin fee to be deducted from the registration fee, if the vacant position is filled. If the vacant position is not filled, no refund will be given. Withdrawal from any tournament during the tournament weekend without just cause determined by GVMHA will result in a fine based on the entry fee for that tournament.
