If any registered member of GVMHA (Player, Coach, Referee etc.)
sustains an injury while participating with a BCAHA sanctioned
event, they must fill out the following:
HOCKEY CANADA INJURY REPORT
Sanctioned events include:
All games (League, Exhibition, Tournament)
Practises, Dry-Land Training, Sanctioned Fund-Raising Activities etc.
