DIRECT DEPOSIT FORM - payments will be made on the 15th of each month directly to your bank account

Adults (age 18 and older) will have to have a Criminal Record Check done prior to registering for the clinic. A CRC is required every 3 years.  You cannot even register for a clinic now without having the CRC registered with BCAHA now so get them done.

Please ensure that all game sheets are filled out properly; including the arena, start and finish times, and clearly print and sign your full name.  Game sheets are legal documents, and it is the officials responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information it contains.  Please review game sheet data before and after the game.

Game Reports: All game reports are done online through the ehockeycanada website.
