HOCKEY REGISTRATION FOR 2010/11 SEASON

Current Member Registration Form

NEW players to Vernon or players wanting to play Rep hockey in Vernon from another Association, must fill in the New Member Registration as well as the Player Movement Application Form and submit to GVMHA before July 15th.  If you have questions, please contact Michelle at 542-0754.
